Congratulations to Express’s Jared Hoying on his call-up to Texas Rangers

Round Rock Express outfielder Jared Hoying was moved up to the Texas Rangers to replace Shin-Soo Choo who was placed on the disabled list.   Hoping has led the Express this season with 51 hits, 10 doubles, 32 RBI, 88 total bases, 12 walks, 13 stolen bases and a .319 batting average.  Last season, Hoying became just the second player in Pacific Coast League history to achieve back-to-back 20 home run-20 stolen base seasons after leading the Express with 23 home runs and 20 stolen
bases.
