The Express started strong with back-to-back singles by Derek Hill and Trevor Hauver with Hill advancing to third base on Hauver’s hit.  Elier Hernandez earned the RBI while also killing the rally by grounding into a double play.

OKC reached scoreboard in the third inning, starting with Jonathan Arauz taking first base on a fielding error by second baseman Alex De Goti.  Kody Hoese’s single put runner on first and second, and Trey Sweeney’s base hit scored Arauz.  Andy Pages’ single loaded the bases, which set up Ryan Ward’s sacrifice fly, giving the visitors a 2-to-1 lead.

OKC added a run in the fourth inning beginning with a single by Arauz and a walk to Sweeney.  Pages’ single plated Arauz.

Round Rock narrowed the score in the sixth inning when Sam Huff’s single scored Derek Hill.  Hill reached base on a double.

OKC put the game out of reach with an eighth inning insurance run.  Hunter Feduccia took first on a single to right field, and advanced to second base on a walk to Andre Lipcius.  Feduccia crossed the plate on Hoese’s soft single  to right field.
