June 2, 2024The El Paso Chihuahuas (24-33) held the Round Rock Express (29-27) to five hits in route to a dominate 7-to-0 victory. The Chihuahuas took the series four games to two.

Noteworthy for the Express was the presence of infielder Jonathan Ornelas in left field. Davis Wendzel earned a stolen base, his first of the season, on a botched run-down. And catcher Matt Whatley worried the entire stadium when he took a foul tip to a sensitive part of the body.
