IMSA Mustang Challenge Practice Sessions at COTA

The IMSA Mustang Challenge series kicked off its weekend at the Circuit of The Americas with two practice sessions on Friday. The GT4 class saw a mix of experienced and rookie drivers vying for top spots.

GT4 Class

·      Trento Estep in the No. 16 MDK Motorsports car set the fastest lap time of the day in the morning practice session, showcasing his impressive pace and knowledge of the track.

·      Robert Noaker, driving the No. 13 Robert Noaker Racking car, also impressed with a strong performance, securing the second-fastest time.

·      Tyler Maxson in the No. 74  Robert Noaker Racing car made a promising debut, posting a competitive lap time.

The practice sessions provided valuable track time for all drivers, allowing them to adapt to the challenging Circuit of The Americas layout and fine-tune their setups. With the top contenders setting competitive lap times, the weekend promised to be full of exciting racing action in the IMSA Mustang Challenge.
