Newcomer Trevor Adams Lifts Express over New Orleans

In only his fifth game for the Express, and his second in Dell Diamond, Trever Adams walked off a hero with a three-run home run with one out in the bottom of the ninth.  The Express won in a thrilling 4-2 walk-off victory over the New Orleans Zephyrs.  The powerful and consistent Joey Gallo began the Express scoring with a home run in the bottom of the second inning.  Gallo’s homer landed in the right field swimming pool, over 450 feet from home plate.  This was Gallo’s team-leading 13th home run of the season.  Gallo finished the game going 2-for-4.
