Vista Ridge comes out strong but Bowie prevails

The Vista Ridge Rangers stunned the Bowie Dawgs in the first half of their meeting at Gupton Stadium.  The Rangers took a quick 14-0 lead on a 54-yard run by Aiden Florez and 63-yard interception by Blake Harrison.   The Dawgs seized the momentum near the close of the second quarter on blocked a field goal attempt and a 64-yard runback for a touchdown by Quintavious Buckner.  The first half closed at 21-21, but the second half was all Bowie.  Final score was Bowie 35 and Vista Ridge
